We offer you to hold events, conferences, seminars, concerts and install exhibitions in the museum. There is a wide range of business-service, comfortable halls, hi-tech equipment and museum atmosphere.

The Congress-hall (240 sq. km, 200 people) in the main museum building is an ideal place for holding conferences, meetings and seminars. It is equipped with hi-tech professional devices: synchronic translation system, multimedia projector, document-camera, overhead-projector, big screen and audio conference-system. Internet access is also possible.

You can meet colleagues and solve all the business or advertisement matters and organize lessons with up to 30 people in a cosy chief-mess (30 sq. km, 40 people). You can use computer and multimedia projector.

The fine Maritime hall (40 sq. km, up to 40 people) aboard the Vitiaz is suitable for holidays, meetings and negotiations. Transportable equipment is available.

The atmosphere of the old town in the building “Maritime Koenigsberg-Kaliningrad” (209 sq. km, up to 200 people) favours holding conferences and solemn events with invited artists and musicians.

The halls (70, 90, 50 sq. km; 60-80 people) in the historical and cultural centre “Grand Embassy” in the Koenig Gates are waiting for distinguished guests, wedding ceremonies, musical evenings and fancy-dress parties. A lot of unbelievable meetings and events occur in the Medieval atmosphere.

A cosy fireplace hall (36 sq. km, up to 30 people) of the “Poterna” near the Koenig Gates is an ideal place for meetings and holidays, musical evenings and presentations for it adds the atmosphere of the old Koenigsberg.

During events it is possible to organize coffee-breaks and stand-up-meals. There is a very convenient parking near the museum.
